Grab a chicken biryani is a long process, we first prepare masalas and chicken in a separate dish then go to rice part fresh it neatly wash first cooked in separate dish and finally mixed it but once you taste the mixture of chicken, spices and rice, you will know that all your efforts were totally with it most of the south Indian like biryani with latest types of chicken ,mutton, and fish, specially Nizam ruled area telangana and Hyderabad famous for these biryani.
We will tell you how to prepare
Ingredients: Used 240 Ml Cup
dry spice Temper
1 bay leaf
3 green cardamom
4 to 6 pods
Small cinnamon stick
1 star anise
½ c. shahi jeera
marinate
1 ½ tablespoon curd / yogurt
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
Salt as needed
¼ c. turmeric
¼ c. red pepper powder
½ to ¾ c biryani masala or garam masala powder
Other ingredients
½ kg of chicken
2 cups rice Basmati age
3 ¼ cups water or thin coconut milk (if using normal rice using more water)
2 c. oil
Salt as needed
1 medium tomato (about half a cup)
1 ½ tablespoon curd / yogurt
12 mint leaves / pudina finely chopped
coriander stalks finely chopped 12
1 ½ ginger garlic paste
2 green peppers sliced or chopped
1 large onion, chopped
¼ c. red pepper powder
To the powder (or use 2 teaspoons garam masala biryani masala or readymade)
Very small piece of nutmeg
4 cardamoms
¼ to ½ c. Pepper Corn
5 cloves
Small cinnamon stick
½ c. fennel seeds / saunf
½ c. stone flower / kalapasi (optional)
